Snowmobiling in Iceland
Have I mentioned that I’m not a fan of the cold? That being said, snowmobiling in Iceland was a bucket list experience that I couldn’t say no to! We booked a snowmobile tour with Arcanum Adventure Tours and we were off to explore the Mýrdalsjökull glacier. The Mýrdalsjökull glacier, located in South Iceland, soars to almost 5,000 feet. The icecap of the glacier sits atop the active volcano Katla, which hasn’t erupted for more than 100 years. For two decades Surfing Goat Dairy has flourished with a herd of over 100 goats, making it Maui’s largest commercial dairy. Surfing Santas, Cocoa Beach, Florida
We don’t have snow in Florida, we have Surfing Santas! Every Christmas Eve since 2009, Surfing Santas have lined the shores of Cocoa Beach, Florida. George Trosset founded the event, which has since become a beloved tradition. What started as a family gathering turned into a Christmas tradition that has raised more than $300,000 for charity.
