When it comes to luxury all-inclusive vacations in the Caribbean, Sandals Overwater Bungalows are the gold standard. These stunning villas come complete with butler service, direct water access, and all of the bells and whistles you’d expect to find in an overwater bungalow in Tahiti or the Maldives.

The newest of the Sandals overwater bungalows, Sandals St. Vincent is an easy direct flight from Miami. The sprawling 50-acre resort features just 10 two-story overwater bungalows. Coming in at a spacious 1200 square feet they feature a King-size bed, soaking tub for two, see-through glass floor, hanging day bed, and second-floor deck.

As with all Sandals resorts, the property is adults-only and all-inclusive, and the overwater bungalows feature butler service. While airport transfers are included for all guests, butler guests have the option to choose an alternative complimentary round-trip boat from Argyle International Airport (SVD). Start and end your vacation with a luxurious boat transfer complete with an onboard bar featuring local beer, water, and snacks.

The resort itself is home to 12 restaurants from sushi to an upscale seafood restaurant and five bars (including a swim-up bar). Four pools, abundant activities, and Red Lane Spa are just some of the other amenities you can expect to find at this brand-new resort.

With a stunning overwater wedding chapel, the overwater bungalows at Sandals South Coast Jamaica gets top marks for the Caribbean’s most romantic wedding and honeymoon locale.

Each of the 12 all-inclusive, adults-only overwater bungalows comes with butler service and shares a boardwalk with the overwater wedding chapel and Latitudes, an overwater bar. The overwater bungalows feature an overwater hammock for two, a rainfall shower, a two-person soaking tub, floor-to-ceiling windows, a swinging day bed, and the requisite in-floor glass window. If you do venture out of your bungalow, the resort features three beachfront pools, nine restaurants, seven bars, and a host of activities to entertain you.

Sandals South Coast is further from the airport than its Jamaican sister property, Sandals Royal Caribbean (90 minutes as opposed to five minutes), it boasts a more peaceful atmosphere and a huge stretch of beach.

The 17 overwater bungalows at Sandals Royal Caribbean (five with infinity pools) are located on a private island just a short water taxi ride off the coast from the main resort, allowing for complete privacy. Water taxi service can be arranged by your butler if you’d like to partake in the resort’s myriad restaurants, spa, and pools. But why would you want to when each villa features a rainfall shower, a two-person soaking tub, floor-to-ceiling windows, a swinging day bed, a glass window in the floor, and an overwater hammock for two?

Located right in Montego Bay, Sandals Royal Caribbean is more convenient to the airport than Sandals South Coast, but means it can be noisier as you can see and hear planes. Like all Sandals Resorts, Royal Caribbean is all-inclusive and adult-only.
